Mens Classic Leather Bomber Jacket Jim Black

I ordered a leather jacket size 5X. I'm a big guy and I normally wear a 4X T-shirt but I like to go 5X on my jackets just to give me a little extra room. When this jacket arrived although it was very nice looking, it was about the size of a 2X. That's what my wife wears. She tried it on and it fit her perfectly even though it was marked 5X on the tag. I've tried to email Leatherlyte three times for return instructions to swap for a different size and nobody will ever reply to me. There is no phone number on the website to contact them by just the email. I even went on their chat messaging and spoke to someone who said they would let the moderator know to contact me and I gave my order number, name, phone number, and email. That was a week and a half ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. The return window is only 30 days but obviously whoever's running this company does not want to deal with any returns. If you look up the companies address online it's actually a suburban neighborhood in Canada. Buyer beware! I never leave bad reviews but this has really ticked me off!
