Complete incompetence

Incorrect tracking number provided upon shipment. The courier company they work with did not deliver the parcel, did not inform about the arrival of the parcel and sent it back.
Leatherlyte completely ignored my emails asking why the package was taking so long to arrive and when I found out that the courier company was messed up, they also ignored my request for help. It looks like I lost my money (over $100). I sincerely recommend against this company.
